What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 belts — enough to refresh one entrance — with bulk tiers for full queue refits and multi-site rollouts.
How fast will my belts arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and printed belts ship in about 2 weeks. Replacement cassettes for posts you already own are usually faster.
Do you sell the posts as well?
We can, but this site is about the belt. Most of what we ship is cassettes and webbing that fit posts the customer already owns — send a photo of the post head and we will confirm the fit before quoting.
How long should the belt be?
About a fifth longer than the gap it closes. A belt the same width as the span sits at full extension, will not reach if the posts shift, and puts the load into the cassette instead of the webbing.
What does the brake actually do?
It controls the speed the belt returns at. An unbraked cassette lets several metres of webbing snap back at speed, which is the injury in this category — every belt we supply has controlled recoil as standard.
Why print both faces?
Because a barrier is read from both sides by different people. The queue side usually carries branding; the side facing the closed area usually needs to say what is behind it.
Is a belt barrier a safety barrier?
No. It is highly visible and it communicates, and it does not physically restrain anybody. Where something must actually stop a person or a vehicle, use a physical barrier and treat the belt as signage alongside it.
Do you redraw artwork?
Yes, free, and we will send a scaled layout drawing with any order over a few posts. A belt is a long narrow canvas read at walking pace, so most artwork needs setting out again rather than scaling.
